Transferring 10th-12th Grade Student Registration
Students requesting to transfer to Morgan Park High School for Grades 10-12 for the 2024-2025 school year must meet the following criteria:

Permanently reside in the City of Chicago

Have a weighted GPA of 3.25 or higher

Have a cumulative attendance rate of 85% or higher
-
Have a disciplinary record showing no Level 3-6 infractions
-
Have an ISBE Good Standing Form from their previous school
Students meeting these qualifications will be reviewed by the Morgan Park Administration.
Students who do not meet the above qualifications, and permanently reside within the Morgan Park Attendance Area, must prove residency prior to enrollment. Morgan Park's Administration reserves the right to conduct a home visit for students with no, or limited, historical residence in Morgan Park's Attendance Area.

The first step in the Morgan Park Registration Process requires all incoming families to complete this form. Please Note: Completion of the Enrollment Request Form does not guarantee your student's seat at Morgan Park High School. This form provides Morgan Park High School with your student’s demographic and contact information to expedite the registration process. This form must be completed before continuing your student’s enrollment, in-person, in Step 2. |

Step 2: Sign Up for an In-Person Registration Session & Choose Classes |

Families will attend a Group Registration Session. For Registration Sessions, families must bring hard copies of the required registration documents.
