Registration and Enrollment

REGISTRATION FOR THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR

(Registration will be put on hold starting November 9th and will resume January 9th.)

Morgan Park High School is only enrolling students who live within the school’s attendance boundaries.

Acceptable proof of address documents

Illinois driver’s license or State of Illinois identification card and one of the following:
Current utility bills;
Deed;
Employer identification card;
MediPlan/Medicaid Card;
Voter registration card;
Court documents;
Illinois Department of Public Aid card;
Stamped United States Post Office change of address form;
Illinois state aid check/social security check; and
Other identification card issued by a federal or state agency or foreign government consulate, such as a Matricula Consular.

The addresses on the documents must match and be within Morgan Park’s attendance boundaries.

Original Birth certificate
Driver’s license/State ID of Parent/Guardian
Residency Verification (Name and address must match the ID).
Family Income Form
Student Health Information Form
School Physical
Transcripts

A person who knowingly or willfully presents to the School any false information regarding the residency of a student for the purpose of enabling that student to attend school without the payment of out of district tuition is guilty of a CLASS C MISDEMEANOR (105 ILCS 5/10-20.12b(f).
