Registration for School Year 2026-2027 for Incoming 9th Grade Students:

Morgan Park is currently enrolling incoming 9th Grade Students for the 26/27 school year with GoCPS acceptances ONLY.   Please see the resources and next steps below. 

  • Course Selection: Families - please review the course selection forms below so that your student can make informed decisions regarding their PE/JROTC, World Language, & Fine Art Elective courses during Registration:

The next two steps in the registration process are summarized below.  Please read the information in full, and do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.

  • Step 1: Complete the Online Registration Form
  • Step 2: Sign Up for an In-Person Registration Session
 
  • As a reminder, returning Academic Center students will complete a modified Registration and Course Selection process with Academic Center Coordinator Ms. Davis.  Returning Academic Center Families do not need to sign up for a Registration session below.

Step 1: Complete the Online Registration Form:
This form provides Morgan Park High School with your student’s demographic and contact information to expedite the registration process.  This form must be completed before finalizing your student’s enrollment, in-person, in Step 2.

 

After the Online Registration Form above is completed, families will sign up for an in-person registration session (see Step 2 below).  When attending an in-person registration session, families must bring original versions of the required registration documents.  The required documents are linked below: 

Step 2: Sign Up for an In-Person Registration Session:
Families will attend either (a) a Saturday Group Registration Session, or (b) a Weekday Individual Registration Session.  Families must RSVP for either session.  Please honor your selected time slot for planning purposes.

Saturday Group Registration Dates:

    • Saturday, March 21st, 10:00am - 2:00pm - Open Enrollment Session
    • Saturday, April 11th, 10:00am - 2:00pm - Open Enrollment Session
    • Saturday, May 9th, 10:00am - 2:00pm - Open Enrollment Session
  • Saturday sessions will include personnel from Morgan Park Athletics, JROTC, & other stakeholders. 
      • Saturday Registration is first come, first served.
  • Please park in the Main Lot and enter through Door 1.  Saturday Registration takes place in the Cafeteria.

Individual Weekday Registration Dates:

  • If you prefer an individual registration session (instead of one of the Saturday sessions above), please sign up for an individual weekday registration session using this Google Calendar Appointment Link.  Morgan Park has individual appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from Tuesday, March 31st through Thursday, June 4th.
  • Please park in the Main Lot and enter through Door 19.  In-person Registration takes place in Room 114 with Ms. Ellis ([email protected]).

Students who do not meet the above qualifications, and permanently reside within the Morgan Park Attendance Area, must prove residency prior to enrollment.  Morgan Park's Administration reserves the right to conduct a home visit for students with no, or limited, historical residence in Morgan Park's Attendance Area.

    • Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY (9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.)
