Summer Registration Dates

SY 2026-2027 Summer registration information and dates to be announced soon!
 

Students requesting to transfer to Morgan Park High School for Grades 10-12 for the 2026-2027 school year must meet the following criteria for consideration:

  • Permanently reside in the City of Chicago
  • Have a weighted GPA of 3.25 or higher
  • Have a cumulative attendance rate of 85% or higher
  • Have a disciplinary record showing no Level 3-6 infractions
  • Have an ISBE Good Standing Form from their previous school

Students meeting these qualifications will be reviewed by the Morgan Park Administration.

 

When attending an in-person registration session, families must bring hard copies of the required registration documents.  The required documents are linked below: 

 

Students requesting to transfer for Grades 10-12 for the 2026-2027 school year must also bring hard copies of the following for their in-person registration session:

  • Transcript (unofficial or official)
  • Attendance Records (sometimes attendance records are included on the student’s transcript)
  • Behavioral Records
  • ISBE Good Standing Form
 

Students meeting these qualifications will be reviewed by the Morgan Park Administration.

 

Students who do not meet the above qualifications, and permanently reside within the Morgan Park Attendance Area, must prove residency prior to enrollment.  Morgan Park's Administration reserves the right to conduct a home visit for students with no, or limited, historical residence in Morgan Park's Attendance Area.
