Transferring Student Registration

 

Students requesting to transfer to Morgan Park High School for Grades 10-12 for the 2025-2026 school year must meet the following criteria for consideration:

• Permanently reside in the City of Chicago
• Have a weighted GPA of 3.25 or higher
• Have a cumulative attendance rate of 85% or higher
• Have a disciplinary record showing no Level 3-6 infractions
• Have an ISBE Good Standing Form from their previous school
  
  

Students meeting these qualifications will be reviewed by the Morgan Park Administration.

 

Registration for School Year 2025-2026 for Incoming 9th Grade Students:

This form provides Morgan Park High School with your student’s demographic and contact information to expedite the registration process.  This form must be completed before coming in for in-person.

After the Online Registration Form above is completed, families will sign up for an in-person registration session. When attending an in-person registration session, families must bring hard copies of the required registration documents.  The required documents are linked below:

Students requesting to transfer for Grades 9-12 for the 2025-2026 school year must also bring hard copies of the following for their in-person registration session:

• Transcript (unofficial or official)
• Attendance Records (sometimes attendance records are included on the student’s transcript)
• Behavioral Records
• ISBE Good Standing Form
