Advocate Mobile Clinic (Ronald McDonald Care Mobile) will be visiting Morgan Park High School on April 21, 2026, to provide essential healthcare services to students with Medicaid or no health insurance.

A signed consent is needed for every student seen. Spaces are limited: 15-20 students will be seen. Consents are due by Apr 13, 2026. Students 18 and over can complete their own consent. Please contact Nurse Neely ([email protected]) for more information and consent forms.
